Is Aurafil a real clinic?
Yes. Aurafil Health is operated by Tier 1 TRT LLC, a Massachusetts-registered company. Every prescription is written by a board-certified physician licensed in your state, and every medication is filled by a U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy or FDA-approved manufacturer.

Do I need labs before I get treated?
For testosterone therapy, yes — we require a total testosterone reading and a hormone panel before prescribing. If you have recent labs (within 90 days), upload them. If not, we’ll order them at a Quest or LabCorp near you. GLP-1 patients get baseline metabolic labs (HbA1c, lipase, thyroid, lipids) plus safety monitoring at appropriate intervals — all included. Sexual-health labs are case-by-case.

What does it cost, actually?
Testosterone: $129/mo enclomiphene, $149/mo testosterone monotherapy, $199/mo testosterone + HCG (fertility-preserving). All three include medication, dedicated RN health coach, baseline and follow-up labs, physician oversight, supplies, and shipping. GLP-1 coaching: $149/mo covers your dedicated RN coach, physician oversight, safety labs, and prescription writing; the medication ships from the manufacturer’s self-pay pharmacy (Zepbound® from $349/mo via LillyDirect®, Wegovy® from $499/mo via NovoCare®). Sexual health starts at $49. No sign-up fee, no cancellation fee, no hidden line items.

How fast can I actually start?
If you upload recent labs at intake, a physician reviews within one business day and your prescription ships in three. If we need to order new labs, add three to seven days for the lab draw and results before physician review.

What if my labs come back and I'm not a candidate?
We say so. If your numbers don't warrant treatment, we won't prescribe. Your intake and physician review are refunded. That's the labs-first principle — if the numbers don't warrant treatment, we don't write the prescription.

Who am I actually talking to?
A dedicated Aurafil RN Health Coach. A licensed registered nurse assigned to you at intake and the same person for as long as you're a member. Monthly 20-minute call, unlimited messaging between calls, and a personalized lab report every panel. Your board-certified physician (or NP) writes and adjusts your prescription; your RN coach is the person who knows your history and answers your questions. RN coaches provide education, coordination, and accountability — they do not diagnose or prescribe. All treatment decisions are made by your licensed medical provider.

How do I cancel?
One click in your dashboard, or reply to any Aurafil email with the word "cancel." No retention call, no unlock fee, no confirmation loop. Cancellation is effective the day you request it; you keep any medication already shipped.
