Why branded, not compounded.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide existed because of drug shortages. Those shortages are resolved. The FDA is winding down the compounding exemption, and enforcement letters have already started. We refuse to build a program that depends on a legal loophole. Real Zepbound® in a real Eli Lilly vial costs more than compounded tirzepatide from a grey-market pharmacy. It is also the medication that actually has thirty-plus years of Lilly safety data behind it. That’s the trade.
